India has got a large number of potential customers for the iPhone.

India has millions of people unable to purchase even the cheapest software made in India.
The wealth of a nation depends on all of its people having access to employment and health care and its business interests with strong selling acumen and less reliance on imports.
Of course (Education) becomes a priority too, not knowing how to follow simple instructions is the cause of India dragging behind.
